  • Promotion Period: Friday, April 25, 2025 - Thursday, May 15, 2025

  • Live Event Dates: May 13 -15, 2025

Speaker Checklist

  1. Confirm Participation

    • Sign and submit the Speaker Agreement by Friday, March, 28, 2025. Click here for the Speaker Agreement.



  2. Provide Speaker Details

    • Complete the Speaker Intake Form by Friday, March, 28, 2025 to share your bio, headshot, and presentation topic. Click here for the Speaker Intake Form.



  3. Prepare and Submit Presentation

    • Record a 20-25 minute session focusing on actionable insights for our audience.

    • Ensure high-quality audio and video in a well-lit, distraction-free environment.

    • Submit your final recording by Friday, April 11, 2025.


  4. Promote the Summit

    • Access promotional materials, including swipe copy and graphics, available by Monday, April 14, 2025.

    • Share the event with your audience starting Friday, April 25, 2025 using your unique affiliate link.


  5. Engage During the Event

    • Attend live sessions, participate in discussions, and connect with attendees to enhance the summit experience.

Affiliate Program Details

  • Commission Rate: Earn 30% on all sales generated through your affiliate link.

  • Tracking: Our system uses a first-click attribution model with a 60-day cookie duration.

  • Payout Method: Commissions will be paid via PayPal by Tuesday, June 10th.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Content Focus: Deliver value-driven content with practical takeaways, avoiding sales pitches.

  • Format: Begin with a brief introduction, followed by the main content, and conclude with actionable steps for attendees.

  • Technical Specifications: Record in horizontal format with clear audio and adequate lighting. We recommend using Zoom on your laptop or desktop computer.
